coaching + collaboration + well-being

individuals, teams, & future teams

when is it time to bring in help?

  1. When you have someone on your team who could be thriving, but they need help to get there.

  2. When you have recently promoted someone into a new, larger role and you realize they (or you) need to work differently.

  3. When you have a team that is just not functioning as well as they could. You know they could be great, and you want someone to help them become high functioning.

  4. When your culture is not aligned, and the well-being of your people is suffering. You need to figure out what’s wrong and how to shift things in the right direction.

  5. When you want to build a NEW team or a NEW way of working, and you need guidance, support, and training on how to get there.

Specialized Consulting & Coaching

Coaching & Training - Introverted Leaders

In 2023, I conducted a formal study with Introverted Female Leaders. The purpose of the study was to understand the lived experience of those who are in significant positions of leadership, who are female, and identify as introverted. Out of this research, I have developed a training program that helps introverted leaders MAXIMIZE their quiet strengths, leverage their unique qualities, and lead in a way that is authentic to them.

If you have ever paid attention to “advice” that is given to introverts, it is almost always about how to be more extroverted. That is not only not helpful, but not the way an introvert can truly make an impact at work.

SWIM Individual & Group Coaching

SWIM is a group coaching program. SWIM stands for strength, well-being, influence, and mindfulness. The essential qualities for how we work today. The power the SWIM group coaching is the connection and learning from one another. With SWIM, you get individual and group coaching to accelerate learning.

Smart Teams- Collaborative Teams

Want to measure how well your work team is collaborating? The Smart Collaboration Accelerator is a strengths-based, validated tool that reveals the collaborative tendencies of your team. Based on this, you can leverage the team's strengths and encourage the collaborative tendencies you need. For instance, do you have a team of complex thinkers, but lack more concrete skills? A complex thinker is comfortable with big concepts and a concrete thinker wants to know exactly how you will accomplish something. Both are critical for successful teams.
